About Agape
Agape provides employment for those in disadvantaged circumstances, empowering them to be more employable and build a future for themselves. It employs people with disabilities, single mothers and people who have faced long-term unemployment.
Today, Agape has expanded into a business process outsourcing company and an accredited training organization. Created with Design Thinking Academy, the curriculum of the courses have been structured to equip participants with relevant skills sets, enabling them to be future ready.
Founder’s Story
Wanting to make amends after his incarceration, Anil David started a call center. He wanted to lead a different life and more importantly, create something that his daughters will be proud of. His experiences allow him to empathize with the kind of challenges ex-offenders face and create a work environment that will be suitable for them. Anil saw this as a chance for redemption, not just for himself but for those who need a second chance.
